Brews of the Hollow Beer Tasting
Hosted by Certified Cicerone® Seamus Norwood, this lively guided tasting celebrates the flavors of the season with a curated selection of autumn beers paired with light bites. Learn the art of tasting beer, discover how it’s brewed, explore perfect food pairings, and enjoy fascinating—sometimes cheeky—stories from beer’s rich history. Tastings are held daily at the Village Green.

Harvest Wine Tasting
Join Certified Sommelier Flynn Markley for an hour-long guided tasting through the history, craftsmanship, and artistry of wine. Savor a thoughtfully selected flight of wines accompanied by light bites while learning tasting techniques, wine styles, and the stories behind every pour. Tastings are held daily at the King’s Pub.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID to participate.
